We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before your stay. For cancellations within 7 days or less, a 50% refund is provided. We keep it simple.

Check-in is typically from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We try to be flexible with these times whenever possible, so just let us know your travel plans!
