Can I still use my property for holidays?
Absolutely! It's your home. Simply let us know your preferred dates, and we will block them out in the calendar. We even offer discounted deep cleans for when you visit.
How do you handle property damage?
We vet all guests carefully. In the rare event of damage, we handle the entire claims process through the booking platform's protection and our localized security protocols immediately after checkout.
What are your cleaning standards?
We maintain hotel-level standards. Our professional team provides thorough turnover services including linen changes, sanitation, and a secondary quality check before every guest arrival.
How and when do I get paid?
Earnings are paid monthly directly to your bank account. You'll receive a transparent, easy-to-read statement detailing occupancy, rates, and any coordinated maintenance costs.
